This year, dp conducted the 3 days module in 'Strategic Transformation Management' within the master program at Danube University Krems already the 5th time. Content and proceedings of this interactive course with a challenging and real case study was continuously further developed along students' feedback and in accordance with the overall course program during past years.
The synthesis of methodologies from strategy, organizational behaviour, leadership and program management along the phases 'Mobilize-Execute-Sustain' for transforming organizations into a more prospective future as well as their application on a real company case is at the core of this course.
The executive students which are already in or preparing for leadership positions have evaluated the 3 days as most valuable part of their courses because of the interactive proceeding between theory and practice as well as the provided insights to latest empirical findings.
