Proof of Concept: Dewey & Partner support DAX 30 client in restructuring

Within only 5 weeks, dp has conducted a status analysis, identified the most effective levers and developed a restructuring concept for a perimeter of 20 sites, 3000 employees and revenues of 300 mio €

The extraordinary challenge in this case was the creation of entrepreneurial transparency within an only rudimentary realized post merger phase of two formerly separated entities of the concern ('merger under equals'). Within this phase, the new organization got under increasing market and competitive pressures.

In the sense of a seamless transformation approach, the required courses of action were interactively identified with an internal management team after the transparency was once built-up. The restructuring concept was then developed in a transformation-oriented structure, so as to enable clear cut sub-projects and work packages as well as effective programme management.
