From concept to closure of a standardised and pan-European ICT service contract

The ICT Shared Service of the EADS Division 'Defence & Security Systems' was able to close the first standardized and internationally accepted ICT service frame contract. Based on this, first services for user helpdesk and desktop management with a volume > 20 mio € are procured. 

The benefits for EADS are manifold: On one hand, improved terms and conditions could be realized. On the other hand, clear-cut and measurable rules and service levels enable effective claim management as well as ensure business continuity thgrough quality of service.
