At a global market leader, together with the internal management team, dp has been able to develop and facilitate a comprehensive restructuring program only within 6 weeks. The project covered the evaluation of direct resources as well as indirect administration structures and was designed for sustainability by additional portfolio adaptations, management-buy-outs and the establishing of manufacturing collaborations.
