The circular economy network organization comprises participating companies across all phases of the emerging value chain for sustainable circularity. Focus of strategy work was to sharpen the network mission and objectives, to understand risks and opportunities for accomplishment under current global obstacles to circularity and hence to prioritize activities in light of relevance and urgency. The challenge in serving this network of leading organizations in their fields was aside of usual analytics and methodology the federative and moderative conduct in strategy development to ensure involvement, synchronization and mobilization of all stakeholders and their specific interests in light of external market, legal and trade pressures without any deterioration of clarity in objectives and work approach. Purpose and objectives are now sharpened and more resilient and further proceedings shared.
