No 'Shelfware' in Sweden: Implementation oriented Restructuring Concept with direct Mobilization

Within only 4 weeks and with support of dp consultancy and methodologies, an European Multinational was able to develop a restructuring concept over 8 sites for operations in Sweden, get executive approval and mobilize the implementation. The Break-Even shall be achieved within 7 months and the profit targets of the Multinational must be attained within 24 months. Simultaneously, the business system shall be optimized and the processes be qualified. This resulted into 10 sub projects which were staffed, planned and started together with the set-up of the transformation office by the assigned internal program manager with support of dp within further 2 weeks. Thus, only after 6 weeks since start of the consultancy engagement, the restructuring is under realization and rests not as document within the shelf of the various stakeholders within the client organization ... this is a further good example for dp consultancy and management traction at work.
