Within the issue October/2006, the CIO magazine publishes CIO interviews and dp management practices to the hot topic of IT Shared Services. The bundling of support functions is not trivial when it comes to IT management. On one hand, dependent on the company's business and its strategy, there are only dedicated IT functions and parts of their value chain suitable for centralization.
