International Strategic Restructuring

Clear command was given for this restructuring problem: Clearing the clouds, securing break even for the current fiscal year and matching target profit for the next.

Since all 3 cases belonged to the same business unit of this multinational, restructuring results needed not only to match the financial targets but also to consider strategic coherence to former cases as far as the restructured business systems are concerned.

In a joint effort within 6-8 weeks, customer management and dprp established the P&L baseline and identified the improvement levers. After management approval of this restructuring concept, dprp supported the customer in planning the various projects, mobilizing the teams and starting realization.
