The highly motivated team with 'we can do it all' attitude had to develop a clear vision and pathway with strategic priorities for further scaling with improved structures and processes.
For goal attainment, we decided for a straight forward quantitative derivation of strategic options to this start-up team, which had to prove viable also against an overwhelming competitor with deep pockets for this substantial new market demand. At the same time, the internal business system had to get ready for this new evolutionary phase associated also with some necessary change in current set of values: More stability, rules and scale while keeping flexibility and speed at best.
