The client asked dp for strategic review after unsatisfactory results of a sole internal formulation process because of lack in common resolution of the associated contradictions between established, profitable legacy business and new but risky internet-based offerings.
dp reviewed interactively with the client management team their strategy, confirmed it within parts and adapted / changed it in others. Contradictions were resolved and required detail for clarity and for later implementation added. The result was commonly approved by the team and is currently in implementation.
