The successful investment holding in various sectors of engineered products has decided to set up new ways in value management together with a dp Performance Quick Check. This dp methodology should enable performance and corrective action transparency within a few days of review and with minimum disturbance of ordinary business operations. In a first step, a pilot out of the more than 40 shareholdings was selected based on well established early warning indicators.
With dp recommendations from this Quick Check, the client has been able to introduce focused counter action together with the operative management of the pilot organization. By these means, a likely bigger and more hurting turnaround challenge could be avoided.
