Mobilization and concept of the transformation for a global IT organization

The client is a global industrial organization. With rolling out a standardized ERP template across all operating countries and entities it became quickly obvious, that there is comprehensive change need within organizational structure, governance model, leadership behaviour as well as in operative capabilities. Along the dp transformation management model 'Mobilize-Plan-Execute-Sustain' the target picture of modern IT management within the organization was created, mission statements developed and the the transformation plan with subprojects, work breakdown structure and resource estimates was elaborated. By means of this process the management team is ready to go and the overall venture us ready for approval on board level.
