This validation of a higher double digit investment plan for a new production site had to be performed under demanding time pressure to meet decision points of the supervisory bodies of the client's organization. Together wirh client staff, dp performed this task to all stakeholders' satisfaction with a well established quick check procedure within only 4 weeks. The original plan from topline via material and personnel costs and industrial engineering layouts to investment plans and working capital planning was validated, hardened and complemented as necessary. Together with recommendations for further steps and implementation, the client's management was able to achieve approval right in time.
