The selected case example from dp consultancy practice had both, actuality and relevance for the executive students: The case required strategic responses to actual challenges like climate change, electric mobility, autonomous driving and digitization. And due to varyiing maturity in strategic management within this organization, the class was able to discuss different approaches, practices and governance to strategic management for gaining a convincing and coherent way forward depending on various determinants for judgement.
