Due to various reference projects in transforming big IT management organisations and due to insights into current situation and typical challenges within public security, dp was contracted to develop together with a global IT System house proposals to the client's CIO Organisation for further restructuring of IT in accordance with future engagement scenarios.
Key challenges had been within re-building the IT infrastructure for enabling flexible allocation of computer resources, the agile set up of mission related, IT based capabilities, the hardening of IT for cyber warfare as well as the required changes within the CIO organization and governance to effectively support those new capabilities.
