dp conducted this master course in 2015 already the 6th time. Main interest of this class was on strategic methodologies and leadership in context of transformations. Thus, questions for 'Mobilization' of such an exhaustive change programme seem to be more important to this year's class than those of 'Execution' or 'Sustaining'.
The management of this study programme is now considering an extension to a 4 days course to accomodate for this additional need while not neglecting the operational challenges of transformations in following classes.
